Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• A valid order number is required for all returns.

Apparel & Accessories:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be included.

Dietary Supplements & Consumables:

• Eligible only for products purchased directly from Iron & Ivory.
• Products must have at least 75% of the contents remaining.

Starting a Return:
To ensure a smooth experience, please contact our support team during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) before sending anything back. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with simple step-by-step instructions.

Shipping:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Iron & Ivory cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for processing.
• Items that do not meet the return criteria may be subject to a partial refund or denial.
